We don't have many adults so availability of puppies is limited. We like to keep small
so we can give as much attention and love to our dogs as possible.  We only have two
adult girls and we are currently in the process of showing Colt and waiting on
maturity of his son.   We will, at times,  have wonderful companion puppies available.

We do ask that you please do not visit other kennels and/or breeders before coming to see
our babies.  We prefer no kennel hopping here to protect our babies!

We are breeding for conformation, however,  not every pup in the litter is show
quality, so we will have beautiful companion pups available at different times! We
may hold all puppies over until 10-12 weeks as to make a better selection for
conformation. However, in most cases, the puppy will be ready for their new home at
8-10 weeks. ;o)    At this point the puppy will have received 1 vaccination and regular wormings.

Our puppies are raised in our home where they hear common sounds such as the vacuum cleaner
and phone, and get lots of attention from us. Our breeding stock is tested for genetic problems, and
puppies have a three-year genetic health guarantee.

We carefully screen prospective buyers because getting a puppy or an older dog is a lifetime
commitment. We reserve the right not to sell a dog. We strongly believe that Shelties need to be
part of the family. We strive to match the dog’s personality with your lifestyle. However, we know
that sometimes people’s situations change. If you can’t keep a Sheltie purchased from us, we will
take the dog back.

We require neutering/spaying of all puppies sold as companions.

Occasionally, we have an older Sheltie available.  

We have NO kennels of any kind.
ALL parents are tested for health issues.

and we REALLY miss him.  
This is "Scandal" . She is  home bred and by
Wintercreek Kaytel's .38 Special  (Colt) ex Coastal
Wintercreek Hot Sum 'R Nights (Sizzle). Scandal got
3rd place at the 2011 Nationals this year.  She is
co-owned with Kerri Denter, Felicity Shelties.
As noted above, neither one is available. The reason they
are pictured here is to give you an idea of what kind of
quality we have here at Kaytel Shelties.
