| On June 19, 2010, Colt became a UKC Champion. He owes his title to Erin Matern for her expert handling of him. He finished in just 2 days!! Erin's comment was .." he is just so pretty, has such a wonderful attitude and a beautiful expression!" Her 12-year old son, Danny, received two first place ribbons in Jr. Showmanship with Colt too. We could not be more proud!!! IF the sun ever comes out again, we will get an updated picture of him. This amazing boy comes to us through the generosity of Debby Gayton of Wintercreek Shelties and also the co-breeders of this litter, Polly Brolin and Tammy Alden, Coastal Shelties!! THANK YOU LADIES!!! Colt is turning into a very handsome boy. He has an exquisite head piece that is full of detail and expression, eyes that just mesmerize you, abundant neck, beautiful movement with an oustanding outline and profile. He absolutely excels in temperament...happy, intelligent and very adaptable. I look for Colt to be a force to be reckoned with as he matures. Watch for more updates on Colt. |
